Heroes of Folk - Scotty Reifsnyder

In searching for some inspiration for this week's Americana theme I was lucky enough to come across the work of Scotty Reifsnyder. Scotty is a graduate of Tyler School of Arts (Philly represent!) and is a totally ballin' illustrator. Continuing with our American tall tale's inspiration here is the beautiful letter pressed "Heroes of Folk" project illustrated by Scotty. Pictured above are Roise the Riveter, and John Henry. The series also includes Might Casey, Johnny Appleseed, Annie Oakley, and Paul Bunyan. Check out more of Scotty's work here.
