This week we had a rival face-off between two new collaborators! Whitney Sherman went to final on the old-tastic sketch created by Andrew Morgan.




Illustrator/educator Whitney Sherman teaches at MICA and is the Director of the new MFA in Illustration Practice. In addition, she is Co-Director of Dolphin Press & Print @ MICA and proprietor of Pbody Dsign producing limited edition illustrated housewares. Still in Love

Luckily to balance out our super sad piece - we have a heart-warming example of how delightful it is to grow old with the one you love. This week we had the privilege of superstar illustrator Whitney Sherman joining us for a swap - her sketch was taken to final by the talented Niki Maro.

The Price is Right!

Old people (and me) love the Price is Right! And everyone's favorite game of course is Plinko. This week as an ode to Bob Barker and all things old Alyssa Nassner created this Plinko sketch which was completed by Gabriela Nicole Gonzalez.

New comer and illustrator-turned-designer Andrew Morgan took on the sketch of Caitlyn Crites for a final piece with attitude. Chao!




Andrew Morgan is a designer residing in Baltimore, MD. He has his BFA in design from MICA, and an Associates Degree in illustration from The Delaware College of Art and Design. Saddest Painting Ever

This painting is almost as sad as the movie "Click", but not quite. For this piece Rachel Dougherty had to hold back tears while re-envisioning a sketch from Carlos Patino.

Vacationing Old Folks

I can only imagine this is what my parents will look like when they're old - when I think of cruise's I always remember that episode of Rocko's Modern Life where he goes on that old folks cruise through the Bermuda Triangle...yeah. This piece was completed by Alyssa Nassner, and sketched by the awesome Jesse Riggle.
