Sleepy Hollow by Arthur Rackham

It wouldn't be Halloween without Sleepy Hollow, and I can't have Sleepy Hollow without Arthur Rackham. Arthur Rackham, one of the greats from the Golden Age of Illustration, is pretty much synonymous with fairy tales, generally. I'm pretty sure everyone is acquainted with Rackham's infamous Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan watercolors, but I felt like this week was a choice time to display his creepy, haunting rendition of Washington Irving's classic Sleepy Hollow.
