Marloes de Vries is an illustrator and designer from the Netherlands, Europe. She graduated in 2007 with a BDes (Bachelor of Design) from Artez, Academy for Visual Arts and Design in Enschede, the Netherlands. After her graduation she worked as a graphic designer and art director. In the summer of 2009 she started a design studio, Studio Wiedes. She became an illustrator in December 2009, after being nominated for the Art Award 2010, a prize for the best young illustrator of the Netherlands and Belgium. Visit her website here, and blog here.
