This wonderful Little Golden Book was written by Kathryn and Byron Jackson in 1949. It's called Little Galoshes and was illustrated by J.P. Miller. Miller did dozens of books for the much-beloved series, probably most famously The Little Red Hen, but I'm particularly partial to this one. Look at those pigs!
