Sam Egenes was born in Lynbrook, NY. He is a recent grad of Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota FL, and roommate and cut-throat rival of Illustrator Justin Volz. By the end of June he'll be in New York City perusing prospects. Check out his blog right here.
